home modules are transported to the job site and positioned onto the foundation with a crane. In
some cases garages and site built porches are then added on location along with other interior and

There is no quality difference from a home built on site to a home built in a factory. It should be
noted that modular homes are built faster and stronger than on-site homes and to the same codes
as site built homes.
Factories are able to purchase large quantities of building materials and pass that savings on to the
consumer. Since the entire process takes a fraction of the time it takes to build a house on-site the
consumer saves even more money.
